Group Class Descriptions

We offer a variety of group Pilates classes to meet you at your current level—whether you’re just getting started or have been practicing for years. All classes are led by experienced instructors who are here to guide and support you every step of the way.

These classes are for our more advanced clients by invitation only.

Invite Only

These classes put a more challenging spin on our signature full body workout classes and are reserved for our more experienced clients.

Intermediate

These classes are safe for all fitness levels and are open to all clients no reformer experience required

To help guide you, we’ve grouped our classes into three levels

Group Class Levels

This class is our signature full body workout class at Boston Body Pilates Belmont. All Levels Reformer Pilates Flow is a 50 minute group workout utilizing our Pilates Reformer and potential for Pilates Tower Equipment. You can expect a lengthening, strengthening, dynamic flow to music. Your instructor will help you work your muscles, strengthen your mind-body connection, and release into alignment. Each instructor has a different style and focus, feel free to try a few of us! This class is safe for all fitness levels and this particular time slot is open to Everyone no reformer experience required

All Levels Reformer Pilates

This Strengthen & Sweat class at Boston Body Pilates Belmont is an intense reformer workout guaranteed to make you sweat. Previous reformer experience is recommended but not mandatory for this 50 minute group workout. Great for clients with a strong fitness level and No Joint or Back issues. This is an instructor led class with minimal corrections given and the vibes are high intensity and fun!


All Levels Strengthen & Sweat

Full body tone is our all levels, full-body pilates flow. For 50 minutes, you'll use dynamic movements, large groups of muscles working together across your body, while building confidence with a series of functional movements designed to strengthen and tone your body.

All Levels Tone

The perfect class!! This class will utilize all our pilates equipment and props to give a total body workout emphasizing engaging the core and elongating the spine and muscles in all directions. The goal of this class is to leave you feeling stretched yet toned, strengthened & energized for the day ahead. This class is open to all experience levels and is full of hands-on corrections to ensure proper form.

Reformer + Tower Stretch & Strengthen

Equipment: Reformer + Tower

Enjoy this 50 minute Restorative workout experience on the Pilates Tower. The pace is moderate and luxurious - giving you time to center yourself, breathe and find proper alignment. You will strengthen your core and reduce lower back and joint pain. Experience the healing power of Restorative Pilates.

Restorative Tower Pilates

Requirements: grip socks
Level: All Levels
Equipment: tower

Enjoy this 50 minute workout experience on the Pilates Tower. The pace is moderate and deliberate - giving you time to center yourself, breathe and find proper alignment. The settings of the Pilates Tower are heavier than the springs of the Pilates Reformer. Without the movement of the carriage you will have a better idea of your own body’s imbalances. There are many exercises incorporating balance, strength, and coordination. You will strengthen your core and your mind body connection!

Tower Pilates

Where Pilates precision meets athletic intensity. This dynamic reformer workout blends strength training with challenging Pilates flows to sculpt, tone, and push your limits. You’ll power through sequences designed to build muscle, boost endurance, and take your performance to the next level—whether you’re newer to the format or a seasoned regular.

Expect a faster pace, heavier spring work, and a serious challenge for your whole body, all while keeping it accessible for those without injuries or major modification needs.

Strength & Conditioning

Take your Reformer practice up a notch with this fast-paced, strength-infused class. Designed as the perfect bridge to our more intermediate formats, you’ll move through a dynamic 50-minute flow that blends Pilates precision with functional, total-body training. Expect a challenging sequence packed with pulses, planks, squats, lunges, cardio bursts, and plenty of core work. Get ready to sweat, strengthen, and elevate your practice!

Intermediate Level

Intermediate level schedule

Intermediate Reformer Pilates is a 50 minute group workout utilizing our Pilates Reformer and potential for Pilates Tower Equipment. You can expect a lengthening, strengthening, dynamic flow to music. Your instructor will help you work your muscles, strengthen your mind-body connection, and release into alignment. Each instructor has a different style and focus, feel free to try a few of us! This class is restricted to Intermediate client status.

Intermediate Reformer

Requirements: grip socks
Level: intermediate
Equipment: reformer + tower

This class is built for clients who are ready for more intensity, faster transitions, and advanced reformer flows. Many clients have leveled up through consistent practice and dedication, and this workout meets that energy head-on. You’ll tackle athletic, strength-focused sequences designed to sculpt, tone, and test your endurance—pushing past limits and unlocking new capabilities.

This is not a beginner class. Participants should be confident in their form, have strong core stability, and be able to follow quicker-paced choreography without frequent modifications.
