The Boston Body Pilates Belmont Fall Schedule is well underway! This season brings a mix of your favorite Pilates classes along with a few exciting updates. While most of our weekly sessions remain the same, you’ll notice slight changes as some instructors balance prior commitments. To keep you moving, we’ll also be adding pop-up and overflow classes throughout the fall, so be sure to check the schedule regularly.

Take your Reformer practice up a notch with this fast-paced, strength-infused class. Designed as the perfect bridge to our more intermediate formats, you’ll move through a dynamic 50-minute flow that blends Pilates precision with functional, total-body training. Expect a challenging sequence packed with pulses, planks, squats, lunges, cardio bursts, and plenty of core work. Get ready to sweat, strengthen, and elevate your practice!
