Jaclyn is the Lead Trainer and Owner of Boston Body Pilates Belmont. With a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from UMass Amherst, she has always understood the science behind movement—but it was her own experience with burnout in a high-stress corporate role that led her to Pilates.
Jaclyn is a Balanced Body Comprehensively Certified Instructor who trained under Master Instructor Zayna Gold. Her background includes experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Athletic Training Intern, and wellness researcher—earning roles in competitive academic programs and receiving the prestigious Cybex Research Grant during college. Today, she brings that same drive for growth and excellence to her teaching and mentorship.
Jaclyn designs every session with precision and care, focusing on helping clients reconnect to their bodies, move with intention, and feel truly supported. She believes Pilates should be both effective and restorative—and that every person deserves to feel strong, welcomed, and at home in the studio.
Alyssa is a Lead Trainer at Boston Body Pilates, where she teaches both group and private sessions—including our exclusive, invite-only Athletic Reformer class designed for advanced clients seeking high-level challenge and performance.
With a background as a competitive gymnast and a BS in Biology/Physician Assistant Studies, Alyssa brings a deep understanding of movement, anatomy, and athletic conditioning to her teaching. She also has a creative side—spending her free time drawing and painting—which she channels into the choreography and flow of her sessions.
Her Pilates journey began following breast cancer treatment and multiple surgeries, which left her unable to exercise in traditional ways. Pilates provided unexpected healing—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Today, she teaches with intention and passion, helping others feel stronger, more connected, and empowered through mindful movement.
Elena brings a dancer’s grace and a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection to every Pilates session. Her teaching emphasizes fluid, challenging movement and intentional flow, leaving clients feeling strong, centered, and inspired.
She began her fitness journey in 2018 with AFAA Group Fitness certification before finding her way to Pilates—a natural fit for her dance background. Since 2019, she has trained through the Balanced Body education program at Boston Body Pilates and is preparing to complete her Comprehensive Pilates Instructor Certification.
Passionate about sharing her love for Pilates, Elena is grateful to be part of a community that values both strength and flow. Her goal is to help clients move with confidence and discover the joy of mindful movement.
Bettina’s teaching blends the structure of classical contrology with an encouraging and focused approach that empowers clients to move with strength and intention. In group classes, Bettina thrives on the shared energy of the room, and in private sessions, she creates space for focused, individualized progress. Her goal is for every client to leave feeling stronger, more centered, and connected to their bodies.
A former professional swimmer who competed internationally for over a decade, Bettina discovered Pilates after years of shoulder strain and repetitive stress. Her practice helped her rebuild strength and ease pain in her shoulders, back, and neck—while also providing a grounding routine in her daily life.
When she's not in the studio, Bettina works full-time in pharmaceutical consulting, explores New England's best hiking trails (and pastries!), and occasionally shares Pilates inspiration on Instagram at @bettinakuehl.
Madison is a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor through Pilates Sports Center and has been teaching at Boston Body Pilates Belmont since November 2024. She discovered Pilates as a way to complement her distance running with resistance training—and quickly fell in love with the strength, precision, and breathwork it offers.
In her classes, Madison challenges clients to move with intention by emphasizing breath and abdominal connection. Her goal is to help clients not just go through the motions, but truly master the movement. She loves watching students build strength, grow more confident in their bodies, and surprise themselves with what they can do.
Her favorite exercise series? Short Box—simple in form, but full of depth when done well.
When she’s not teaching, Madison is most likely running along the Charles River or getting lost in a good book.
Hsinyi is a Balanced Body–certified Pilates instructor who brings curiosity, compassion, and a love of movement into every class she teaches. With a background in strength training, TRX, cycling, and dance, she discovered Pilates nearly a decade ago—and never looked back.
For Hsinyi, Pilates was the key to moving smarter, not just harder. It helped her deepen her connection to her body and taught her the power of mindful movement. Now, as an instructor, she’s passionate about helping others feel strong, confident, and proud of their bodies—especially after life transitions like pregnancy or time away from exercise.
Hsinyi’s classes focus on control, breath, and body awareness. She creates an inclusive space where clients feel safe to explore movement, ask questions, and grow at their own pace. Whether you’re new to Pilates or rediscovering your strength, Hsinyi will meet you where you are and help you move forward with intention.
Susanna’s teaching style is rooted in intention and creativity, with a balance of flow and precision. She is a self-proclaimed Pilates nerd who spends time studying new variations, planning progressions, and practicing her own flows to keep her classes dynamic and deeply engaging.
Her personal Pilates journey began as a complement to her active lifestyle—which included skiing, horseback riding, and power walking. Over time, Pilates became more than just movement; it became a source of self-awareness, confidence, and joy. Her goal is to help clients feel strong, capable, and excited to explore their fitness potential through movement.
When she’s not teaching, Susanna can be found exploring local museums with her husband or diving into a good book. She’s currently reading The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah and recently finished The Secret War of Julia Child. Fun fact: Pilates is her second career—Susanna is also a classically trained chef with over 30 years of culinary and research experience, honored with multiple awards from the Research Chefs Association.
