Instagram: @pilateswithjaclyn

Jaclyn is the Owner and Lead Trainer of Boston Body Pilates Belmont—and the driving force behind our instructor team. With a degree in Kinesiology and years of experience in health, wellness, and athletic training, she brings knowledge, intention, and heart to everything she does.

Her Pilates journey began after years in a high-stress corporate job left her feeling disconnected and physically drained. Pilates became the one thing that helped her feel like herself again. That experience inspired her to make it her career—and to help others find the same strength and balance through movement.
