Jaclyn is the Owner and Lead Trainer of Boston Body Pilates Belmont—and the driving force behind our instructor team. With a degree in Kinesiology and years of experience in health, wellness, and athletic training, she brings knowledge, intention, and heart to everything she does.
Her Pilates journey began after years in a high-stress corporate job left her feeling disconnected and physically drained. Pilates became the one thing that helped her feel like herself again. That experience inspired her to make it her career—and to help others find the same strength and balance through movement.
Alyssa is a Lead Trainer at Boston Body Pilates Belmont and the instructor behind our exclusive, invite-only Athletic Reformer class for our most advanced clients.
A former gymnast with a background in biology and a love for art, Alyssa blends science, movement, and creativity into every class. After her own breast cancer journey, Pilates became her most powerful tool for healing and rebuilding strength—both physically and emotionally.
Her teaching is athletic, intentional, and inspiring. Whether you’re in her group class or private session, you’ll move with precision, purpose, and strength.
Elena brings the elegance of a dancer and the depth of a movement educator to every class. Her signature style? A blend of challenge and flow that leaves you feeling grounded and strong.
She began her Pilates journey in 2019 and has since trained extensively through the Balanced Body program at Boston Body. With a passion for movement and a love for anatomy, Elena’s goal is to help you connect to your body in a deeper, more intentional way.
Former professional swimmer turned Pilates pro, Bettina brings intentional movement, control, and encouragement to every session. Whether you’re in her group class or working one-on-one, you’ll leave feeling challenged, supported, and reconnected to your body.
Her personal Pilates journey began as a way to recover from years of shoulder strain—now she’s helping others build strength, ease pain, and move with purpose.
Madison found Pilates as the perfect cross-training partner for her running—and never looked back. Certified through Pilates Sports Center and teaching at Boston Body Belmont since late 2024, she helps clients build strength, improve control, and master mindful movement.
Her teaching focuses on core connection and breath—challenging you to go deeper, move with intention, and walk out stronger than you walked in.
From TRX and strength training to cycling and dance, Hsinyi has tried it all—but it was Pilates that truly transformed how she connects with her body. Now, as a Balanced Body–certified instructor, she helps others move with intention and confidence.
Her classes focus on control, breath, and empowerment—perfect for anyone returning to movement after a life shift or just looking to deepen their connection to how they move.
Susanna blends creativity, challenge, and centering energy into every class she teaches. With a background in classical French cuisine (yes—she’s an award-winning chef!) and a passion for intentional movement, she’s all about helping clients feel strong, confident, and inspired.
She’s been teaching at Boston Body since 2017, is comprehensively certified through Balanced Body, and never stops learning. Her goal? To help you reach new levels in your practice—one thoughtful progression at a time.
