If you’ve ever been confused about how our waitlist works — you’re not alone! Our goal is to make it easy to grab a spot in your favorite class without surprises. Here’s everything you need to know about how the waitlist system works, how to avoid unexpected late cancel fees, and how to stay on top of your schedule.
How the Waitlist Works
When a class is full, you can still add yourself to the waitlist — it’s like being “next in line” for an open spot.
- If someone cancels more than 12 hours before class, the next person on the waitlist is automatically added to the class and receives a text/email confirmation.
- You can be auto-added up to 12 hours before class — this might even happen overnight!
- Once we’re within 12 hours of class, the system stops auto-adding clients.
- After that point: you can still grab a spot manually by checking Mindbody and booking yourself in — up to one hour before class starts.
💡 Tip: Check the app the morning of class — last-minute openings happen all the time!
Our Waitlist Policy
Please read these carefully to avoid missed classes or surprise charges:
- Only join the waitlist if you can attend that exact time.
Being on the list means you’re saying, “Yes, I can come if a spot opens!” - Remove yourself if your plans change.
If you’re still on the list within 12 hours of class and get added, it’s treated like a normal booking — including our late cancel policy. - Keep one class credit available.
You must have an unused class credit or punch on your account for auto-enroll to work.
If you don’t, you’ll be skipped and receive a text letting you know. - Avoid double bookings.
If you’re already registered for another class that day and get moved in from the waitlist, one class will be used and the other will incur a late cancel/no-show fee per policy. - Check Mindbody regularly.
Don’t rely solely on notifications — if you see an open spot, book it directly. - Don’t reply to automated texts or emails.
Replies are not seen by the admin team and can accidentally remove you from a class you wanted.
Use them as a reminder to check your schedule via Mindbody.
Quick Checklist (to Avoid Surprises)
✅ You’ve blocked the class time in your calendar
✅ You have one class credit available on your account
✅ You’re not holding another class the same day
✅ You’ll check your schedule the morning of class
Notifications + Tips
- You’ll receive a text and email if you’re added to class.
- Notifications come from an automated system — replies aren’t monitored.
- To receive texts, make sure notifications are on by texting START to 857-678-3562.
- Need a lot of notice? Remove yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours before class if your plans change.
Pro Tips to Avoid Late Cancels
✨ Only join the waitlist if you’re sure you can make it.
✨ Keep your phone handy — people often cancel right before the 12-hour mark.
✨ Keep grip socks and water in your car or bag so you’re always ready.
✨ If plans change, open the app and remove yourself from the list.
How to Remove Yourself from the Waitlist
- Open the Mindbody App or Desktop Site.
- Go to your Schedule.
- Click “Remove” next to the class you no longer want to waitlist for.
- If it still says “WAITLIST” — you’re not in yet.
If it doesn’t — congratulations, you made it in!
