Sunday Self Care: Pilates + Sound Bath

🗓 Held once a month on Sundays
⏱ 60 minutes total (30 min Pilates + 30 min Sound Bath)

Start your week with intention. This session begins with a 30-minute Pilates class that focuses on strength, stretch, and flow using props, followed by 30 minutes of immersive sound healing in stillness. It’s the perfect balance of movement and rest.

You’ll leave feeling physically open, mentally clear, and deeply restored—maybe even an inch taller!

Restorative Sound Bath

🗓 Held once a month on Sundays
⏱ 30 minutes

Looking to completely unwind? This meditative experience skips the movement and invites you to simply get cozy and receive. Jaclyn LeBlanc, our Owner & Lead Trainer, will guide you through a deeply calming journey using crystal bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments. Experience the soothing effects of Sound Healing, especially here in Belmont, MA.

If you’re seeking stillness and energetic harmony, this class is your sanctuary.
