Private Session Instructions
Here you will find step-by-step instruction on how to schedule your private session using the Mindbody desktop site.

Step 1:
Once you have purchased your First Private Session, log into your Mindbody account:
ONCE YOU’VE SIGNED IN
- Select the “APPOINTMENTS” tab from the top

Step 2:
- Under the APPOINTMENTS tab select “FIND AN APPOINTMENT”

Step 3:
- Select “All Privates” and then hit search
You can also filter your results to be more specific based on your availability using the drop-downs in the GREEN section

Step 4:
- Scroll to the session you want to book and click “BOOK” on the right side

Step 5:
- Make sure all of the details are correct and then click “Book Appointment”
you can utilize the “NOTES” section to introduce yourself as well as share any info that will help your instructor prepare for your visit

email belmont@bostonbody.com and we will be sure to pass along your note to your instructor before your private Pilates training visit

Step 6:
- After you have clicked on the “BOOK APPOINTMENT” button you will be redirected to the “MY SCHEDULE” section which will have your booking confirmation on it as well as any other reservations you have made.
