Before finding Pilates, Hsinyi explored just about every kind of movement—TRX, strength training, cycling, and dance—but it was Pilates that completely shifted her perspective. That shift sparked not only her own transformation, but also a deep passion to help others do the same.
Now a Balanced Body–certified instructor, Hsinyi teaches with a focus on connection—between breath and movement, body and mind, effort and ease. Her approach isn’t just about the workout; it’s about helping you rediscover what it feels like to move in harmony with your body.

This month, Hsinyi is introducing a brand-new format to our schedule—one she personally designed to blend Pilates precision with athletic conditioning.
All Levels Athletic | Reformer Pilates is for anyone ready to challenge their body and refine their practice at the same time. It’s the sweet spot between mindful control and full-body strength work—a thoughtful fusion of form, flow, and fire.
Over the course of a dynamic 50-minute class, you’ll move through sequences that feature pulses, planks, squats, lunges, cardio bursts, and plenty of core—all guided by Hsinyi’s steady, intentional cueing. The format bridges the gap between All Levels and Intermediate, helping clients build strength, coordination, and confidence in more advanced movements.
Hsinyi designed this class for those who crave variety and progression while staying grounded in Pilates principles. It’s energizing, empowering, and endlessly creative—no two classes feel quite the same.
