Best way to get started
The best way to get started is whatever works with your budget, availability, and your body’s capabilities. We always recommend starting with a private session. This allows you to get acquainted with the equipment and also learn how to customize it to get the most out of your workout. In this session, you can ask any questions that arise right as you have them. This means you can learn faster and progress quicker. The instructor in your private lesson will be watching your alignment and give you feedback. This feedback will include ways to improve your movement and function. Thus, it will prevent injury and help you build a strong foundation for your practice.
Limited Openings
We are a very busy studio and have very limited openings for private clients. If you are in need of a time that is not listed on our site, feel free to send us an email at belmont@bostonbody.com. We will do our best to find a team member to assist you at your preferred session time. You will absolutely need to start with a private session. This is especially true if you are coming back from an injury or are completely sedentary currently. Please always make sure you are cleared by your doctor before booking with us or beginning any exercise program.
Specials
If your budget does not allow for a private session and you are free of injury, you may absolutely start with our New Client Special Single Group Class for $35. This will allow you to book any of our All Levels category classes linked here. You must complete at least 10 classes with us before being considered for Intermediate formats. This is regardless of your experience. Our Intermediate and Invite Only clients are our most consistent clients, and they attend at least 3x weekly. This consistency makes the classes able to build and progress extremely fast week after week.
Class Etiquette
Our All Levels classes are a total body workout designed to strengthen, lengthen, and reset your mind, body, and soul. We ask that you turn off your smart devices and phone, listen to the instructor carefully, and move intentionally with your breath. Our studio is a sanctuary that allows us to escape the outside world and enjoy connecting to our bodies. Each instructor has their own style, focus, and cadence for how the class flows. Try a few of us to get a feel for what works best for your body. We can’t wait to welcome you!
