Our Reformer classes are thoughtfully designed to provide a full-body workout that strengthens, lengthens, and tones. With a maximum of 6-7 students per session, you'll receive the attention you need while experiencing a dynamic and engaging class. Each instructor brings their unique approach, so we encourage you to explore different classes to find the perfect fit for your body and schedule. If you're injury-free, you’re welcome to start with any of our All Levels classes!
Reformer
The Tower is an extension of the Reformer, incorporating heavier springs and unique exercises to fine-tune your practice. By targeting even the smallest muscles, Tower classes help improve alignment, deep core engagement, posture, and gait. Adding a Tower class to your weekly routine is a surefire way to elevate your Pilates practice. If you're injury-free, you’re welcome to start with any of our Reformer & Tower, Tower, or Restorative Tower classes!
Reformer + Tower
Once a month, we offer a unique experience combining Pilates and Sound Bath, as well as standalone Sound Bath sessions, designed to relax, soothe, and destress. Using a variety of instruments, you'll be guided into a deep meditative state, promoting healing, calmness, and resilience. Take this time to reset your mind and body in a truly restorative practice.
