Planning Your First Visit to Our Belmont Pilates Studio

Visiting a new Pilates studio for the first time can feel intimidating, but at Boston Body Pilates Belmont, we’re here to make it simple, welcoming, and easy to navigate. Whether you’re joining us for a group class or private session, we want you to feel confident, prepared, and excited for your first visit.

This guide walks you through everything you need to know — from what to wear and bring, to where to park and how to navigate the studio. We’ve got you covered — literally from your socks to your schedule.

Before Your Visit at Boston Body Pilates Belmont

  • Arrive at the studio 5 minutes early
  • Walk right in — there’s no front desk
  • You might walk through a class to reach the private room
  • Leave your shoes at the door but carry your belongings with you
  • Silence or leave your phone in the car for a distraction-free session

What to Expect During Your Reformer Pilates Class/Session

  • Grip socks are required (available for purchase at $16)
  • Let your instructor know about any injuries or limitations
  • Expect music and a total-body workout unless you’ve requested something specific

Studio Amenities You Can Use

  • Our restroom and filtered water refill station are located out back
  • Your reformer has kneeling pads, pillows, and cleaning spray
  • Please place dirty towels and cups in the bins near the exit

Where to Park for Your Reformer Pilates Class/Session

  • Parking is easy and free! You’ll find 2-hour street parking available on:
    • Common Street
    • Payson Road
    • Trapelo Road (look beyond 2-hour signs for unrestricted areas)
  • There’s also a garage entrance behind Starbucks (via Trapelo Road) and from Common Street across from CITGO.
