Are You New Here?
Arrive 5 minutes early to your session or class
Walk right in – there is no reception area
You may need to walk through a class to access the private room
Leave your shoes at the door, but bring your belongings with you
Power down your devices or leave them in the car
Let your instructor know of any injuries or limitations
Grip socks are required (available for purchase – $16)
Onsite bathroom and water refill station are located out back
Free street parking available on Common St, Payson Rd, or Trapelo Rd
Behind your reformer is a box with kneeling pads, pillows, and spray for cleaning
Expect music and a full-body workout (unless otherwise discussed)
Place any dirty towels or cups in the bins by the door on your way out

Street parking is available on Payson Rd, Oak Ave, and Trapelo Rd (beyond the 2-hour limit signs). You can also access the garage via Trapelo Rd behind Starbucks or from Common St across from CITGO.
