Are You New Here?

  • Arrive 5 minutes early to your session or class
  • Walk right in – there is no reception area
  • You may need to walk through a class to access the private room
  • Leave your shoes at the door, but bring your belongings with you
  • Power down your devices or leave them in the car
  • Let your instructor know of any injuries or limitations
  • Grip socks are required (available for purchase – $16)
  • Onsite bathroom and water refill station are located out back
  • Free street parking available on Common St, Payson Rd, or Trapelo Rd
  • Behind your reformer is a box with kneeling pads, pillows, and spray for cleaning
  • Expect music and a full-body workout (unless otherwise discussed)
  • Place any dirty towels or cups in the bins by the door on your way out

Street parking is available on Payson Rd, Oak Ave, and Trapelo Rd (beyond the 2-hour limit signs). You can also access the garage via Trapelo Rd behind Starbucks or from Common St across from CITGO.
