Jaclyn is the Owner and Lead Trainer of Boston Body Pilates Belmont. With a B.S. in Kinesiology from UMass Amherst, she combines science and heart to create movement experiences that are restorative, effective, and empowering. Her own journey from corporate burnout to healing through Pilates inspired her to make it her life’s work.

Alyssa leads our exclusive Athletic Reformer class, an invite-only program for advanced clients. A former competitive gymnast with a degree in Biology/PA Studies, she blends science, athleticism, and creativity into every class. After her own breast cancer treatment, Pilates became her path back to strength and healing.
