Where Pilates is just the beginning.

Although I had my Bachelor's in Kinesiology (Exercise Science) and knew all the benefits of a consistent exercise routine, once I graduated college I quickly dove into a high stress desk job with long hours. I quickly gained weight and lost touch with my body. I lived everyday in pain and felt like I was trapped inside a body I didn't even know. Maybe this sounds familiar!

I looked forward to going and even built my schedule around my sessions. I instantly knew I had to make it my career to help others find that balance. Many years and lots of training later, I am now Lead Trainer and Owner of Boston Body Pilates Belmont. I am a Balanced Body Comprehensively Certified Trainer and I continually mentor and train extensively with the best in the industry and bring these trainings back to my incredible team of instructors.
